Note: class is now weekly: Thursdays at 6pm for 1 hour
This drop-in class meets weekly at 6pm Thursday (Australian Eastern Time) via Zoom. Each class goes for 60 minutes. We will do a ~20 minute guided meditation in the first half hour, and then there will be time to ask questions, discuss practice, and get to know each other. If you can’t stay for the whole time, you’re welcome to come to the first half hour to meditate together. I will give different guided meditations each week and I try as much as possible to tailor this to suit the participants.
This class is open to all! However, you’ll probably get the most benefit if you already have some experience, so if you are new to meditation please see the Introduction to Meditation Course.
