Note: class is now weekly, on Thursdays, and goes for 1 hour
This drop-in class meets weekly at 6pm Thursday (Australian Eastern Time) via Zoom. Each class goes for 60 minutes. We will do a ~20 minute meditation in the first half hour, and then there will be time to ask questions, discuss practice, and get to know each other. If you can’t stay for the whole time, you’re welcome to come to the first part to meditate together. I will give different guided meditations each week and I try as much as possible to tailor this to suit the participants.
This class is open to all, however some meditation experience is required, so if you are new to meditation please see the Introduction to Meditation Course. If you have some experience and would like to join the class, please email me with a brief introduction to get on the mailing list and receive the Zoom link.
