This drop-in class meets weekly at 6pm Thursday (Australian Eastern Time) via Zoom. Each class goes for 60 minutes. We will do a ~30 minute guided meditation, and then there will be time to ask questions, discuss and troubleshoot practice, and get to know each other. I will give different guided meditations each week and I try as much as possible to tailor this to suit the participants.
This class is open to all! However, you’ll probably get the most benefit if you already have some experience, so if you are new to meditation please see the Introduction to Meditation Course or Sit Down and Practice.
